such a big girl....

hi everyone..
today was a pretty good day Makaylah had a great day at school and got a chance to see the dentist for the first time and no cavities! YES! :D then when daddy came home the girls got a chance to play. its funny because they rather sit with daddy then with mommy but its OK because it gives me a chance to take pictures. they are so daddy's Lil girls! I love seeing them happy.

well Makaylah no longer likes to sleep in her crib so i had to brake it down. i was sad about it because my little girl is growing up. as you can see from the picture Leilani decided to sleep with her sister. Leilani's bed is the higher one and i just put Makaylah's mattress on the floor i think its safer that way just in case if she ends up getting a seizure, but we will be getting a better toddler bed with maybe a rail. so far so good its been about 2months and no seizures! I'm so happy! she has also gotten sick and had no seizures at all! she is doing great.
its so funny now because makaylah knows she can get out of her bed when she is suppose to be laying down sleeping, she just walks into the living room smiling and walking right to us. i cant believe how fast my girls are growing...

great weekend

hello everyone...

this weekend was pretty good. i got a chance to take a picture of my Lil family but i couldn't get makaylah in the picture i need to work on taking better pictures :) so here is a picture of just monkey. the sun was just starting to set so it was bright out there. shes getting so big and her daddy and i just realized that she will be 4yrs already in November! i cant believe how time has flew by! we are still trying to figure out what we are going to do for her birthday..last year we had a party and took her to universal studios and she got a chance to see her favorite monkey curious George. so we will see what we are going to do.

Lani started to paint and let me tell u she loves it! this picture of her is the very first picture she painted and she was so proud of her painting she took it everywhere this weekend as you can see on the other picture of her.

In this picture she was telling telling me "HEY DON'T DO THAT!" her favorite thing to say now and also "NO NO NO MOMMY!" i try so hard not to smile or laugh but its so funny! but like i was saying she really loves to paint so we are going to be doing that alot more. this weekend she did these two pictures  

the girls had so much fun just playing and playing :) i love seeing them get along and play or watching them talk to one another. i cant really understand what they say but all i know is they are very happy.
they decided to lay on the kitchen floor and hang out with one another

                                                       makaylah heading back to school......
makaylah ended up getting sick the middle of this week, she ended up throwing up at the store when we went shopping for some things. we were ready to check out and she just started to :( she turned all white but as soon as we got out side she started smiling and her face started to pink up. We got home gave her a bath and got her ready for bed. She was playing and talking to leilani so i thought maybe she just got motion sickness from the cart so i didn't make much of it. we went to bed and woke up to leilani crying so i went to see what was wrong when i see makaylah just laying there looking up at me and  i could see and smell she had thrown up. but she wasn't crying not moving at first just looking at me. i guess she didn't know what to do so i gave her a bath and changed all the covers of her bed i decided to have Lani sleep in my bed so i can sleep with Makaylah in Lani's bed so i can watch her for the rest of the night and all of the night and early morning she kept throwing up on and off . but the next day she was doing way better thank goodness i just don't know what it was we ate what ever she had and we didn't get sick but i was thinking maybe something she had at school earlier that day but I'm just glad my baby is doing much better.

leilani is doing great as u can see from my picture :) she is starting to help me so much around the house and sometimes when she thinks shes helping she is not lol but at least she tries. today for example she decided to use the toilet water to wash her hands oh man i was glad i just washed that toilet but i still had to give her a bath cause i thought that was so gross lol. but she was so happy to get in that tub! and kept saying ewww eww  well hope everyone has a great weekend thank u so much for your time  reading my blog!

we love our pitbull....

we love or dog so much...
this is homer our 6yr old red nose pit bull. In July he ended up chewing some wood and ended up getting some pieces stuck in his mouth and notice him getting a bump on his nose. at first we thought he got bite by a spider or something because it came out of nowhere so Jon took him to the vet. the vet ended up telling us that he thought it was a tumor and we need to take him to a specialist to get some testing to know for sure. we had to wait about a week (that was one of the longest weeks of our lives) before we would know that results and thank goodness it was not cancer. they just thought it was a very bad infection so he has taken 4 different antibiotics to treat it . in the process of him being on all these meds he has lost almost all his teeth that are right underneath his bump. we thought maybe it was time to put him down cause it looked like it was getting worst every day but i got a chance to take him to the vet one last time to see if he thought it was best to put him down but as soon as he saw homer he was very surprise to see that his bump was going down. i couldn't tell, to me it looked like it was getting bigger and some days it just looked the same. so now his on the same antibiotics from his last visit since it looks like it might be working and is also taking steroids to help with the inflammation. In 14 days he has a follow up visit to see if his bump is going down and pretty much will determine what his future will be. We love this dog so much and the thought of maybe having to put him down brakes my heart. his such a big teddy bear and loves everyone. so I'm really hoping that these meds work....
the girls love him so much and my dog (MY Weenie dog) loves him and i don't know how Moe will take if if homer was no longer with us. I remember when i had to move back home with my parents i took Moe with me and he ended up missing him so much he wouldn't eat and lost a lot of weight so i cant even image how Moe will get. we love you homer and your a very strong doggy!

what a great weekend...

hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend! My weekend was great my mom came over finally on her day off and my little brother and his family came over too. My girls were so happy to see them.
Lani was so happy to see her little cousin Lorenzo. she kept chasing him around and teaching him so many bad things lol. how to climb on grandmas bed and spin and throw himself on the pillows. how to get on top of the coffee table and sit on there. i love seeing them chase each other and giggle at one another.

It was great seeing my family together. i miss my little brother so much i wish we were living close to one another but sometimes you have to do what you have to do to get by. its very true when people say you don't know what you have till its gone. In my case just living far away from the people i love. i hope i get to see my little nephew soon again.
We also got a chance to go spend some time with Jon's side of the family for Jon's nephews birthday party (happy birthday Jordan!!!!). that was so much fun! they had a water slide that leilani liked very much. i was so surprised to see Lani go down the water slide all by herself and to go down the slide with all of her cousins. That little girl does not get scared for anything. makaylah on the other hand went into the pool for a little bit she was splashing in the water but then got scared because there were to many kids being loud and didn't want to be in there anymore and just started crying and looking for jon and i to pick her up. i even notice that she didn't even want to touch the mud. Its so weird because she loves water a lot and just likes anything that has water in it. i hope if we do anything like that again she will not end up getting scared again. hopefully she will do better. she also just wanted to be held by myself or her dad. it took her a while before she felt comfortable to play catch with her cousin and her step grandma. She loved that very much. Makaylah then started to play pass and catch with her aunt Mary. i love seeing the girls play with all there cousins and aunts and just seeing them around there family. I didn't really get a chance to see or spend much time with my family when i was growing much and now i wish i could of but I'm so glad the girls get a chance to.....
